Great place near Dulles airport for sandwiches. There is a good selection of named sandwiches and pizza as well as create your own. There are fountain drinks bottled drinks and some alcohol as well. The sandwiches are great and everyone enjoyed the meal.

First time customer and was impressed with the atmosphere and the cleanliness of the location. The food I ordered was a Santini Calzone and poppers. Delicious and satisfying. The customer service was top notch. Thanks for a great first time visit.

We ordered food for pickup this evening and the customer service was terrible. When we called to place the order the woman who answered the phone seemed to be carrying on a conversation with someone else. She asked what we wanted to order and as soon as my husband started talking she began laughing at someone in the background and didn’t hear a word he said. She asked him to repeat it. We arrived 15 minutes later and waited for more than 5 minutes before one of the three people behind the counter finally noticed us. Finally an unpleasant woman asked us what our name was, checked the computer then asked what we ordered. Evidently the order wasn’t there and she placed it at that moment. We waited another 10-15 minutes for the food to be cooked without so much as an apology or a “thanks for your patience.” We weren’t greeted upon arrival or when we left. Where has the great customer service we’ve come to expect from Santini’s gone?????

I have been seeing a lot of good reviews for Santini’s, so I decided to give them a try for lunch yesterday! I love a good sandwich mmmmkay! I loved the vibe of the restaurant. Being that it is a NY Deli in VA, it had tons of NYC memorabilia around the restaurant! The restaurant itself was very spacious and had plenty of seating indoors and out. Now I love a good sandwich but most times I try to be a pescatarian so I decided to get the fish filet sandwich with the santini fries. Santini fries have old bay on them. The fish filet reminded me of McDonald’s…which don’t get me wrong I love McDonald’s fish filet. I guess I was expecting something a little more but this filet sandwich had lettuce and tomato. I thought the fries were really good! I will give Santini’s another try but I will more than likely try an actual deli sandwich. They also have a wide variety of homemade deli style desserts that I also want to get into!!

Extremely extensive menu, and I wished I was in town longer to go back and try a few other items. My calzone was delicious (and served quick!), and my dad's food was excellent as well. We both got desserts, and the cakes were the perfect end to a perfect meal. I'll definitely stop in to one of their locations next time I'm in town so I can get something else off the menu. I've already recommended them to my family that lives there. Lots of seating and plenty of parking, too.

Great Deli! This restaurant runs like a well-oiled machine. Staff is friendly and food was fresh, generous, and made to order. Huge selection of drinks and inside dining area is spacious and family friendly. Bathrooms were also super clean!

The food isn't great. Pizza might be New York style, but you can get a better pizza from the freezer section. The sub I had was nothing special, you might as well go to Wegman's and get a sub. It'll taste better and won't take almost an hour to get

Our subs were good but not great. Lacked spices and freshness in lettuce and tomatoes. Service was non existent. Waited a long time for someone to take my order. Then when I went to register I was told she doesn’t take orders from register and I had to go back to other end of counter and wait for someone. Nobody apologizes for poor service. Atmosphere was like eating in a school cafeteria.
